Year of Completion: 2023

Project Scope: Reception, display wall cabinet, material display cabinet, kitchen, corner sliding door partitions, wardrobe, desk.

This showroom is for a new apartment complex coming soon in St Johns. We assisted in visualising and planning the entire showroom, which involved designing the front reception, back wall display cabinets, kitchen, vanity, corner sliding doors, desk, and wardrobe.

Throughout the whole space, you will see a continuation of colours and finishes used. To keep the apartment looking bright and spacious, we used a light matte acrylic from Sage doors and Bestwood’s Vintage Ash, paired with stainless appliances and handles to add a touch of modern-day elegance.

The reception desk is made from Bestwood Vintage Ash melamine and toe kick in Metalier. The reception desk uses Metalier bronze-coated panels. It features a custom laser cut bronze lettering and logo artwork.

We made a chic material display cabinet as well as a material display box that unfolds both ways. This blends materials used in the showroom and a negative detail.

Our synchronising doors are designed to triple stack, making them a perfect solution for an open-cornered study like this, or workplace meeting rooms. This configuration offers greater flexibility and allows more natural light to pass through. The doors are built with extremely soft-close technology and can be customised with a range of frame and glass styles.

We worked with the client’s design to create a custom desk that incorporates the same materials used in other joineries in the space.

We designed a combined wardrobe and dresser to optimise space in the apartment context. The dresser includes a pull-out jewellery insert drawer, LED mirror, open shelving, and ample storage space above for storing off-season clothing.

The wardrobe features a double slider and a carefully considered inner configuration to accommodate all types of clothing. We paired the dresser with silver handles to match the colour of the sliding door channel.

We opened up the corner cabinet space in the kitchen by using Sage doors roller doors, creating a versatile nook for small appliances that can be hidden away when not in use.
